Yantai Future Automatic Equipments Co., Ltd (used to be called Yantai Pneumatic Works) is founded in 1973. It is one of the defined industry of Mechanical Department. In year 2001, we changed to Yantai Future Automatic Equipments Co., Ltd. The birthplace of first Chinese pneumatic cylinder; The standard creator of Chinese pneumatic cylinder; The member of HSPA; The member of CAAMM; The member of special vehicle; The member of Chinese steel industry; The member of Chinese rubber industry.
In 2000, we passed ISO9001. In 2014, we were certificated by IATF16949. In 2018, we invited Toyota Lean Team for consulting and we changed production unit to 13 production lines, which improve production efficiency and lower production cost. Of 13 production lines in 2 factories in Yantai, line 6 specializes in telescopic hydraulic cylinder, line 9 specializes in car lift hydraulic cylinder. The production capicity of hydraulic cylinder is 400000PCS, we can perfectly meet production of all of our customers. In 2019, we passed VDA6.3 carried out by our German customer, which means the management steps into a new stage.
The Factory covers 58000 square meters, with total employees of 486, including 58 engineers. Equipments, including CNC lathe, SRB, Welding Robot, Drilling machine, are over 900 sets.
Non-destructive testing certificate PCN-1, welder certificate, VDA. 6.3 certificate etc.
WPS, 8D, PPAP, APQP, IE etc process file is available.
We mainly manufacture Hydraulic Cylinder, Hydraulic Power pack, Pneumatic Cylinder & Pneumatic Power pack.
We are serving various industries, car lift, agrictulture, construction, waste disposal vehicle, rubber, military, etc. In 2019, we produced totally 200000PCS hydraulic cylinders and export 70000PCS of them. We export to Germany, Japan, North America, Italy, Russia, Sweden, England, etc.
